Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Performance Consulting & Expertise

  • Develop strong relationships and alignments with internal colleagues and external business partners to forge mutually beneficial solutions

  • Improve processes through process re-engineering and automation as appropriate

  • Proven hands-on record of delivering solutions that reflect an understanding of customers needs and organizations

  • Acts as interdepartmental liaison between all offices, departments and business units.

  • Talent for asking questions that open up new ways of creating growth options

  • Coordinate training development and works with training staff for timely roll-out of new process

  • Learn & Comprehend company business and systems workflow to leverage existing capability for meeting business expectations

  • Serve as main point of contact to document and prioritize scope changes and obtain stakeholder approvals

  • Support training efforts

  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

  • Consult and coach project teams

  • Support and engage senior leaders

  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

  • Track and report issues

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Ability to lead individuals and teams positively and successfully with and without formal authority

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

  • Resilient and tenacious with the propensity to persevere

  • Forward looking with a holistic approach

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
